Founded in 1998, the Greenhill Homeowners Association is comprised of 27 single-family homes in East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania. Our homes are located along two separate, quiet cul-de-sacs. This family-oriented neighborhood is a five-minute drive from the Borough of West Chester and is conveniently located near Route 202 and both the Malvern and Exton train stations.
What’s New?
Our annual homeowners meeting was held on March 26, 2026. Thanks to all who attended! Our latest financial statement for 2025 is now available in the top menu of the website under “Latest HOA Financials.” You can also find the minutes from our meeting under “Latest Meeting Minutes.”
In addition to a copy of the meeting minutes, we will continue to deliver our annual dues notices and payment coupons to mailboxes in 2026. We would like to transition to email delivery for all association communications. Please help us this summer when we launch a campaign to ensure we have an accurate email address for every member.

When does the association meet?
Meetings are held annually sometime between February and late March. All meetings are held virtually via Google Meet. Meeting notices and proxies are distributed 4-8 weeks prior to the meeting.
What are the association’s dues and how should I pay?
Association dues for 2026 are $500 per household. Checks can be made payable to Greenhill Homeowners Association and mailed to PO Box 36, Malvern, PA 19355. You also can pay via PayPal. Our PayPal account is greenhillhomeowners@gmail.com. Please use the “Sending to a Friend” option.
What are the bylaws of the association?
A copy of our bylaws can be viewed and downloaded from this website. Look for the “Bylaws” link at the top of every page in the website’s navigation. If you have any problems accessing them, please email greenhillhomeowners@gmail.com or contact a member of the association board.
I’m planning to sell/buy. What do I need to know?
New homeowners are required to pay a one-time $1,000 capital contribution (effective 6/30/2023) at closing and complete a resale certificate. Please email greenhillhomeowners@gmail.com or contact an association board member for more information.
